By accessing or using the Dotsher Inc ("Dotsher," "we," "us," or "our") website, mobile applications, or any of our recruitment and workforce solutions services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). - Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including but not limited to fictitious job postings or misrepresented qualifications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access or collect data from our Services without our prior written consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Harass, threaten, or defame other users of our Services
- Use the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications
2.3 Service Availability

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

4.2 Your Content
By submitting content to our Services (including resumes, cover letters, and profile information), you grant Dotsher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you. You retain all ownership rights in your content and may request its deletion at any time.
4.3 Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software used in our Services, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Dotsher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through our Services, including job listings, salary data, or market insights
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dotsher Inc, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
7. Governing Law
7.1 For Canadian Users
If you are accessing our Services from Canada, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
7.2 For US Users
If you are accessing our Services from the United States, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through our website or via email. Your continued use of our Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
